Expanders for Lindsey!

Lindsey was so excited to get her expanders.  34 quarter turns to go!

Kaitlyn's Trip to Utah: On the road to Idaho!

After the week of exploring Utah, we all loaded in the car to go to Max's Baptism.  We drove straight to the pre-baptism activities at the much talked about barn.  We enjoyed the weekend with Eric and Kris and their family.  The downside was that Eric woke up so sick the morning of the baptism that it had to be rescheduled for the following month.  We sent Megan, Kyle and Kaitlyn home with Grandma and Grandpa to California to play until we met again for the Family Trip.

Kaitlyn's Visit to Utah: Boating @ Utah Lake

Tyson love to be in the water swimming, but doesn't so much like waiting and watching the others take their turns with the water sports.  This is how we keep him busy.  He is under the towel playing with Bruce's phone.

Kaitlyn's Visit to Utah: Salt Lake Day

We toured the Anniversary Inn's two Salt Lake locations.  The kids loved the themed rooms.

Next we went to the Salt Lake City Cemetery.  All but 3 of the latter-day prophets have been buried there.  We went on a little hunt to find some of them.

We finished off our day by going to the new City Creek Mall.  I took the kids to the food court and everyone got a little something to eat.

Kailyn's Visit to Utah: BYU Day

Getting ready to start the hike.

Finally we can see our goal!

We made it!  It was hard and hot, but once we got there I think everyone was glad that we did it.  We did all agree that it would be much better to do earlier  when there would be some shade and not on one of the hottest days of the year.

I booked a tour of BYU campus.  We met at the Hinkley building and they took us on a 30 minute ride around campus sharing with us the names and purposed of each building.  After our tour, we hit the bookstore and the creamery to get the full experience.

Our last stop in Provo was to be Seven Peaks, but just our luck, the facility was booked for a private party, so we came home took a little rest and drove to Seven Peaks in Salt Lake to enjoy the water park.
