Grandma and Grandpa's

After our time at Disneyland, we flew to Grandma and Grandpa's house. Grandma treated us to fabulous meals, Kaitlyn and Logan came and slept over and played and we simply enjoyed hanging out. Megan, Kyle and Grandma gave a concert of piano/organ duets that they had been practicing individually on at home. They did a great job. I think Grandpa enjoyed it the most. He has always mentioned that he thought it would be wonderful to hear them play together.

Ready or not, here we come!

Santa Claus also brought Disneyland trips to our other Warner cousins (with the exception of the Bacons who live too far away). We met up with everyone and here we are posing before entering the park the first day.

The park was very empty. It had been rainy and cool the day before we came. Maybe that discouraged locals from coming. Tyson has a pass that allows our family to wait in line very minimally. I was afraid that we wouldn't be able to stay with the extended family due to long lines, but the first couple days, the lines were minimal at best. On splash mountain, we didn't even have to get off the ride because there wasn't a line at all. We went over and over. We only got off because we were ready to move on. It was wonderful.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves. We had a great time together!

California or Bust!

For Christmas, Santa Claus gave our entire family a trip to California for 3 fun filled days at Disneyland and then 3 days at Grandma and Grandpa Gwilliam's home. Here we are embarking on our flight to LA. This was Tyson and Lindsey's first flight. Everyone was super excited to get on our way!
