Bruce and I both got calls from Lindsey Gymnastic studio asking us to come pick her up because they thought she had broken her arm. Bruce was closer and I had Tyse with me so he picked her up and took her to the emergency room. Sure enough, she had broken both bones in her lower right arm from attempting to do a back walkover. Bruce stayed with her at the hospital and brought her home with a soft cast. She was so excited and called both sets of Grandparents to tell them the exciting new. By the next day though, she had had enough and was ready to have her regular arm back - it was too hard to do what she wanted. 2 weeks later she got a hard cast and then 5 weeks later it was taken off. It was the first broken bone in our family and hopefully the last.
