Patriarcle Blessing

President Terry gave Kyle his Patriarcle Blessing today.

Kyle wasted no time in taking over Megan's big comfortable bed.  After a while though, he abandoned the idea.  Said it was hurting his basketball game and he is now sleeping in his twin bed again.

BYU Freshman

Kyle, Bruce and I drove Megan down to BYU and dropped her off after helping her get set up.  How did this happen?  Where did time go? 

Leatherby's

The night before Megan was to go to BYU, we took the family to Leatherby's for an ice-cream party!

Snowbird

We went to Snowbird two weekends in a row with Wasatch Adaptive Sports.  The first weekend just Tyson and I went.  We did the trampolines, rode the alpine slide, ate lunch, panned for rare gems and then went and enjoyed the Octoberfest.  Tyson loved watching the performers and even joined in the games.  The following week Bruce, Kyle and Lindsey joined us and we did the same things with the addition of the sky coaster.

BonnieJean and Joshua's Wedding Reception

BonnieJean had a reception a week following her marriage.  She held it at her blue house in the front yard and had a cake bar.  Bob did music for her and they hired a fun magician to entertain the guest.  Lindsey and Kyle were both asked to help and were stumped by the tricks he performed.

The girls took 1st place in their first summer tourney!

Scouts

Tyson joined the scouts in our ward for the water safty merit badge.  Do you trust him to save you in an emergency now!

UAA

 On April 1st, we started Tyson at UAA.  It has been such a wonderful place for him.  I love the staff and know he is in a good place where he is loved.  He is excited to go into the school each morning.  I am happy, he is happy... it is a great situation.  It has been such a wonderful blessing in our live!

Megan, Lindsey, Tyson and I went to Pie Pizza Cafe and to see Seven Brides for Seven Brothers at the Scera Outdoor Theatre.  

Wicked!

Bruce got the 4 of us tickets to Wicked!  The music is AMAZING!  Megan and I were happy to share our love with the guys!

Happy 10th Birthday Lindsey

Pick the bugs out of the slime...

Eat the stuff (smushed up green peas meant to look like something else) out of the diaper.  Thatcher and Lindsey were the first to finish.  Some couldn't do it.  The funniest part of the day was when Skye finished and then almost immediately started to bring it back up.  We were all laughing so hard!

Egg drop into the cup on the forehead of your partner.

  Each round had two beans that were identical in appearance but one kind tasted yummy and the other awful.  Luck of the draw, but you had to finish it.

After cake and ice-cream the girls went in the front yard and played night games while the parents visitied.  Tyse watched and then joined in on Red-Rover too.  It was fun to watch.  Happy Birthday Liz!
