I love my little piece of earth, watering, watching it grow and finally gathering the produce. Our peach tree produced oodles of peaches this year and I bottled 108 bottles of peaches and two batches of peach raspberry jam. We got our first crop of apples and they were so sweet...especially the honey crisps (Bruce's favorite). I was so excited to cook my first batch of cauliflower, too.
