In between "jennifer conference" sessions (Lindsey's interpretation), we drove to Solitude Ski resort at the top of Big Cottonwood Canyon to walk around Silver Lake. We enjoyed the colors and the chance to be in nature. The kids found their favorite climbing rocks and we all enjoyed the leisurely walk in the mountains. We drove over the top of the mountain into Heber on the way home making a big loop and enjoying the scenery!
